Since 2011 Dr. Fini has been working at the Multidisciplinary Centre for MND in Modena, Italy. He is involved in all clinical activities, including outpatient and inpatient care, Emergency Unit, and Clinical Neurophysiology. The main clinical and research interests are Motor Neuron Disease and Neuromuscular Diseases. He has been involved in the maintenance of the Emilia Romagna Region Registry for ALS, he participates in ITALSGEN Consortium studies, and took part in several pharmacological clinical trials in ALS as co-investigator. He has published nearly 50 scientific articles.
