Tom Jenkins

Dr Tom Jenkins is Consultant Neurologist at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Senior Clinical Lecturer in Neurology at the University of Sheffield. He is also co-director of the Sheffield Motor Neuron Disease Association Care Centre, director of the MSc course in Clinical Neurology at the University of Sheffield and Editor-in-Chief of the European Association of Neurologists EAN Pages website. He has expertise in biomarker development, in particular imaging biomarkers in motor neuron disease and is the principal investigator on a number of multi-centre international trials including novel antisense oligonucleotide therapies in motor neuron disease.
