Chiara Zecca

She has a consolidated experience in serological and molecular diagnostic laboratory work. Since 2012, she has been leading the Neurodegeneration Biomarkers Laboratory of the Center, focusing on the study and measurement of biological markers for neurodegenerative processes in body fluids (cerebrospinal fluid, plasma, serum). Since 2023, she has also been overseeing the activities of the Genetic Laboratory for neurodegenerative diseases of the Center. She is involved in several national and international research projects and has published or contributed to the publication of over 40 scientific papers.
