Our multidisciplinary group is one of the most experienced reference center on ALS in Spain since 1998. It is closely related to the next coming Neuromuscular Unit in Aragon, showing a wide expertise in the identification and validation of molecular biomarkers in translational studies and innovative therapies in preclinical models.

The LAGENBIO (TERAGEN Y REGENERAGEN) Group is one of the most experienced research group on ALS in Spain since 1998 and it is a reference center in Aragon. Our group is a multidisciplinary team that will collaborate very closely to the next coming Neuromuscular Clinical Unit in Aragon. One of our main aims deals with the identification and validation of novel prognostic and diagnostic biomarkers of disease to enhance translational studies from the animal model to the ALS patient, and to develop preclinical and clinical assays. In addition, the LAGENBIO Group has also wide expertise of innovative therapeutic approaches at preclinical level.
